XE999 Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Policy for Bangladesh's Online Betting Platform

XE999 (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. By accessing xe999.asia or using any of our services, you confirm your agreement to every clause of these Terms & Conditions.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure without notice, and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

Xe999 may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found

• If you suspect a security threat or that your account has been compromised
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months)
